The movement of the television display screen on the horizontal and vertical axes is provided by a force to be applied on the plastic frame (1) front face. To provide the movement of the TV screen on the horizontal axis, a force has to be applied on the upper or lower side of the plastic frame (1) and when this force is applied, the outer frame (5, 7) is enabled to move about the inner right and left holder bearing bolts with an angle allowed by the limiting slot on the horizontal axis, on the horizontal axis limiting latch fastened by a screw to the inner right or left holder bearing bolt passing through the inner sides of the inner frame right and left holders (6) in connection with the outer frame right and left holders (7).
