PURPOSE: A connector for using under tough temperature environment is provided to cope promptly with an increase of pin number accompanied by a large and complex inspection plate by dividing a connector into several units and setting up a connection unit which connects the several units in length direction. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of connection unit divides a connector into a plurality of unit connector(1) and connects the plurality of unit connector(1) in length direction. The plurality of connection unit consists of a boss(7) and a concave unit(8). The boss(7) protrudes on one ending part of the unit connector(1). The boss(7) formed on the other ending part of the unit connector(1) is inserted into the concave unit(8). A fixing unit fixes the plurality of unit connector(1) in a burn-in device.
