<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an artificial aggregate made of incineration ash and waste plastic. SOLUTION: This producing method of the artificial aggregate is composed of a 1st process for kneading the incineration ash, cement with water and after solidifying, pulverizing to form chips, a 2nd process for mixing the pulverized chips obtained in the 1st process with the waste plastic chips and after melting and kneading by heating, extruding the kneaded material from a nozzle and cooling to obtain a block lump and a 3rd process for pulverizing the block lump obtained in the 2nd process to form chips and sizing by a sieve.</p> |
