PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible tourmaline nonwoven fabric having excellent air permeability and water permeability and performing a sufficient tourmaline effect. SOLUTION: Tourmaline fine particles are partly brought into contact with fiber surfaces of the nonwoven fabric, fixed and carried to the surfaces of the fabric. The fiber is one or more in combination selected from a plastic fiber, a glass fiber and a carbon fiber. A size of the tourmaline fine particle is preferably 0.5 to 3μm.
