PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate getting on and off a moving unit and to smoothly move the unit to move a physical body by holding the unit so as not to move the unit to transferring device body when the physical body is getting on and off the unit movable to the device body. SOLUTION: In the transferring device for riding a physical body on a moving unit 30 reciprocatingly provided at a transferring device body 10 to move the physical body to the body 10, positions of the unit 30 near both ends of the body 10 are set as getting on and off positions, the unit 30 is constituted operable from its attitude to an inclined state to the body 10 at the positions when moved, and a movement of the unit 30 to the body 10 is prevented in the inclined state by a stopper means (e.g. a recess 22 and a third roller 44).
