PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant or/and a soil conditioner by making effective use of coffee beans that become unnecessary after coffee is extracted. SOLUTION: Coffee beans after extraction are impregnated with an aqueous solution of a complex salt stabilized by a compound of an antibacterial and/or deodorizing metal ion and/or bioelements and an organic acid, and then are heated and dried.
