PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for filling the cells of a honeycomb material with foam and to fill the cell spaces of the honeycomb material with foam to provide a material wherein the heat insulating/soundproof/airtight capacity of the foam is added to the lightweight and high strength quality of the honeycomb material. SOLUTION: A honeycomb material having cutting effect and molded foam selected on the basis of hardness and specific gravity are superposed one upon another to be introduced into the gap between press devices to be pressed to cut the foam by the cell walls of the honeycomb material, and the honeycomb material is embedded in the foam to fill the cell spaces of the honeycomb material with the foam.
