PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide camera incorporated type irregular pattern read optical device and system for which an irregular pattern read optical part and a camera optical part are integrally combined. SOLUTION: This camera incorporated type irregular pattern read optical device 1A is provided with the irregular pattern read optical part 3, the camera optical part 2, an image pickup part 6 for selectively picking up the image of light outputted from the irregular pattern read optical part and the camera optical part and outputting signals based on the picked-up image of the light and a holding part 4 for integrally holding the camera optical part and the irregular pattern read optical part. By the device, compared to the case of separately providing two optical parts, the number of components, a cost and an occupancy space are substantially reduced.
