PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an accurate weight measurement and a smooth container packing while reducing the number of part items. SOLUTION: This specified weight measuring-cum-fermented bean container packing device is constituted of a screw conveyor 2 device, a bottom plate opening/closing type receiving box 12, a load cell 14, a shutter 10 and a carrying conveyor 15. In this case, the screw conveyor 2 device can carry cooked beans of a fermented soybean raw material, and has a discharging port. The receiving box 12 receives the cooked beans of the fermented soybean raw material discharged from the screw conveyor device. The load cell 14 measures the net weight of the cooked beans of the fermented soybean raw material being fed to the receiving box. The shutter 10 opens/closes the discharging port of the screw conveyor device. Then, the carrying conveyor 15 carries packaging containers, which house the cooked beans of the fermented soybean raw material dropped from the receiving box. |
