PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a toilet stool without having uncomfortable feeling or dirtiness feeling by lifting a toilet stool body in a predetermined range with a switch operation by a user. SOLUTION: A toilet stool body 1 is made of pottery or plastics similarly to an general body, and as a cleaning method, a general flushing method, a siphon method, or a siphon jet method can be used. A jack 2 is deposited on the bottom of the toilet stool body 1, and an operation of the jack 2 lifts and drives the toilet stool body 1. The jack 2 is usually an electric jack, and when the toilet stool body 1 is placed at a rising up end, the toilet stool is used for man's urine. A washing tank 3 may be fixed to the toilet stool body 1 and move vertically with this, or may be fixed to a wall or the like separately from the toilet stool body 1. Therefore, since the toilet stool body can be moved vertically if necessary during usage, when a man uses it for urine, splash of the urine is prevented from spraying, and adhering and remaining in and out of the toilet stool as much as possible.
