The humidity conditioning material 1 are the members consisting of porous materials and which absorb moisture and/or release moisture in a space for humidity conditioning. Humidity conditioning material bodies 1B included in the mirror products 10 are the members consisting of the porous materials and which absorb moisture and/or release moisture in the space for humidity conditioning.
