PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-coated adhesive sheet which allows easy and quick peeling of the double-side release papers to contribute to an improvement in workability. SOLUTION: In a double-coated adhesive sheet having a sheet substrate 10 whose both sides are entirely rendered adhesive surfaces and attached with release papers 12 covering these adhesive surfaces of both sides, a cutout portion 13 is formed in part of the outer periphery of the sheet substrate 10 and parts of the double-side release papers 12 in the cutout portion 13 are regarded as the finger grip portions 14, and the double-side release papers 12 can be peeled by gripping the finger grip portions 14 to allow easy peeling of the double-side release papers 12.
