摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separating function and a concentrating function by a method wherein the liquid chromatographic operation of an amphoteric ion active-surface agent is performed by using either a mobile phase or a stationary phase. SOLUTION: An eluate is sent continuously by an HPLC pump A. A sample is introduced by a sample injection part B. After it is separated and condensed, it is detected or fractionated by a detector D. A separation column is used in such a way that an amphoteric ion active-surface agent is modified to a reversed stationary phase. As a mobile phase, an electrolytic solution or an electrolytic solution which contains an amphoteric ion surface-active agent is used. When a packed column which is 250 cm long and 4.6 cm in inside diameter is used, the injection amount of the sample can be separated and condensed satisfactorily to 5.0 mL. As a stationary phase, an ODS stationary phase and all stationary phases which are applied to liquid chromatography can be taken into consideration. In the same manner, regarding the mobile phase, various phases such as pure water or the like can be taken into consideration. As the detector, a conductivity meter, a UV-absorptiometer, a fluorescence detector or the like can be used.
