PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent stuttering voice correction device without inconvenience in daily use for a stutterer. SOLUTION: A signal processing part S is comprised of a 1st echo canceler part S-1 for eliminating a voice signal creeping into a left microphone ML from the voice signal originally intended to be inputted to a main microphone M by estimating and subtracting the creeping voice signal from the voice signal inputted to the main microphone M and that inputted to the left microphone ML by using an adaptive digital filter S1-1, a delay part S-3 for delaying a voice signal inputted from the main microphone M by a fixed time, a 1st adder part for adding an output of the delaying part S-3 and an output of the 1st echo canceler part S-1, a 2nd echo canceler part S-2 for eliminating the voice signal creeping into a right microphone MR from the voice signal originally intended to be inputted to the main microphone M by estimating and subtracting the creeping voice signal from the voice signal inputted to the main microphone M and that inputted to the right microphone MR by using an adaptive digital filter S-2-1, and an adder part for adding the output of the 2nd echo canceler part S-2 and the output of the delaying part S-3.
