PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge payment system which enables low-charge parking at many parking lots in the whole area. SOLUTION: This charging system links a prepaid card 6 and a vehicle 2 with each other by using the license plate number and allows the vehicle which has a matching license plate number to park. With one card 6, a vehicle can park at multiple parking lots 8-1 to 8-5 and even when the vehicle parks several times on the same day, only the 1st parking is charged. In the night, parking at a parking lot other than the base parking lot 8-2 is charged separately from daytime parking. |
