<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the high speed operation of a producing device through a low speed network. SOLUTION: When a producing device 1 starts the operation of an object to be monitored, a moving picture recording/reproducing device 4 receives a start signal from the producing device 1, and starts the recording of a moving picture inputted from a video camera 3. When the producing device 1 ends the operation of the object to be monitored, the moving picture recording/ reproducing device 4 receives an end signal from the producing device 1, and ends the recording, and reproduces the moving picture at low speed. The moving picture reproduced at low speed is supplied through a network 10 to a display device 14, and a monitor can view the operation of the object to be monitored of the producing device 1 in a slow motion without any block removal.</p> |
