PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate tuning by providing an advantageous structure for tuning so as to display a low dynamic spring effect based on liquid column resonant action along an extensive frequency region and to reduce a plural number of different vibration of the frequency region. SOLUTION: Relation of a value of a ratio (A1/L1) of a passage cross-sectional area A1 and passage length L1 of a first orifice passage 83, a value of a ratio (A2/L2) of a passage cross-sectional area A2 and passage length L2 of a second orifice passage 67 and a value of a ratio (A3/L3) of a passage cross-sectional area A3 and passage length L3 of a third orifice passage 84 is set to be (A3/L3)>(A1/L1)>(A2/L2), and it is set so that resonant frequency f2 of liquid L flowing in the second orifice passage 67 comes to be on a higher frequency side than a resonant frequency f1 of the liquid L flowing in the first orifice passage 83 and so that resonant frequency f3 of the liquid L flowing in the third orifice passage 84 comes to be on a higher frequency side than the resonant frequency f2.
