PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To warm floor surface uniformly by providing a plurality of hot water spray nozzles while differentiating the spray area of at least one nozzle from those of other nozzles thereby making uniform the surface temperature of floor surface using a small number of nozzles. SOLUTION: The system for spraying hot water onto floor surface uses two hot water spray nozzles 1, 2 wherein the spray area 3 of one nozzle 1 is differentiated from that 4 of the other nozzle 2. A nozzle unit 10 is disposed at a position of a specified height from the floor surface 5 of a washing place in order to prevent water in the washing place from intruding into a hot water spray unit 7 through the nozzle 1 or 2. Each nozzle 1, 2 has a nozzle opening on one end thereof and a rotary joint to be coupled separably with the body joint section at the other end thereof. Since the delivery angle of two hot water spray nozzles 1, 2 can be varied independently through the rotary joint, spray areas 3, 4 of the nozzles 1, 2 can be differentiated.
