PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform thread crushing work of an anchor bolt in a short time without requiring skill by plastically deforming a thread of a locking nut by fixedly constituting a single-acting hydraulic cylinder on the other end inside of a frame so that an end part of a piston is opposed to a pressing surface of a movable member. SOLUTION: After screwing a locking nut N in a prescribed position or more (a position n2 of a drawing) by inserting a female screw member 2 of a previously using coupler into a screw part S of an anchor bolt An which is exposed in a recessed part K of an end part of a concrete product A, a tip part of the screw part S is allowed to abut to a bottom part of a sandwiching claw 10 of a fixing member 20, a thread crusher is inserted so that the sandwiching claw 10 is positioned on the rear side of the screw part S, and when pressurizing a single-acting hydraulic cylinder 10, a thread of the screw part S sandwiched between the sandwiching claw 10 of the fixing member 20 and a collapsing claw 30 of a movable member 40 is plastically deformed downward accoring to a movement of the movable member 40 while being pressed by a tooth 30a of the collapsing claw 30 so as to crush the thread in several seconds with reproducibility.
