A combined sheathing stripper and sheath cutter tool (10) for non-metallic sheathed cable (30). The tool (10) includes a body (12, 14, 18) for retaining a slitter-blade (16) having a first knife edge (16a) that is located on the first side of the tool body when the blade is mounted in the body and a second knife edge (16b) that is located on the other side of the tool body. An opening (12e, 18b) is provided in the body and a cutter blade (20a) faces the opening when the cutter blade is mounted in the body.
