摘要 |
A noncontact position sensor comprising a first stator (101) having two faces (101a, 101b) facing a magnet, a second stator (102) having a face (102a) facing the magnet on a line connecting the former two faces, a Hall element (103) provided between the first and second stators, and two magnets (104) and (105) which are freely movable along the line while facing the three faces and which are adjacent to each other along the line. By constituting this, a common basic structure as a sensor is achieved. If this sensor is used as a rotary sensor, the use angle can be arbitrarily set. If it is used as a linear sensor, the leakage flux does not increase even if the thicknesses of the magnets are increased.
