PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating-automated of storage and retrieval system capable of making time required for keeping an article high in temperature for adjusting temperature to prevent the occurrence of dew condensation, mini mum as required, and thereby enhancing efficiency for refrigerating storage of the article. SOLUTION: A refrigerating-automated warehouse of storage and retrieval system is provided with a refrigerated warehouse main body 1, and with a temperature adjusting station 2, and automatically moves an article subjected to be shipped out to the temperature adjusting station prior to sending a refrigerated and stored article in the refrigerated warehouse main body 1. Dew condensation can be prevented from occurring on the article in a work site by adjusting the temperature of the article to be higher than that of the work site in which the article is handled after it is shipped out.
