PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pencil-like cosmetic having excellent adhesivity, developing brilliant color and luster and having excellent thermal stability and shape- retaining performance. SOLUTION: The objective pencil-like cosmetic contains (A) 1-60 wt.%α-olefin oligomer having an average molecular weight of 5,000-60,000 and a viscosity of 1,000-40,000 cP at 40 deg.C, (B) a wax and (C) a powdery component.
