PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate complex water streams in washing and rinsing processes to prevent entanglement of clothes by placing a washing tank in a washer case in slope, and providing a circulating and penetrating means to forcibly circulate water in the washing tank to the upper side of the washing tank above its bottom surface. SOLUTION: A washing tank 60 in which an inner tank 65 is contained is arranged slantedly with a constant angleθto the vertical direction in a washer case 50, and is elastically supported by plural hanging members 57. A driving motor 75 for rotating the inner tank 65 is provided below the washing tank 60. A tub cover 62 consisting of a ring-form disk is provided above an outer tank 61 to enable centrifugal penetration washing in which a water stream rising along the wall surface of the outer tank 61 by centrifugal force from rotation of the inner tank 65 falls again to the inner tank 65 side like fall water. A drain 63 is provided on the bottom surface of the outer tank 61 at the bottom face of the outer tank 61, and a circulation hose 70 is branchingly connected to the tip of a drain hose 64 connected to a drain 63, and its tip is communicated with the tub cover 62.
