<p>PURPOSE: To enhance the rate of factory production so that the number of on-site construction processes can be reduced by producing a roof unit equipped with a roof terrace or with a roof balcony in a factory, and mounting the unit on the top of a living-space construction at a site. CONSTITUTION: A roof unit comprising a roof forming portion 21 that forms a roof 17 is mounted on the top of a living-room construction 16 to constitute a unit building 10. The roof unit includes a floor forming portion 22 provided with a floor face material to constitute a root floor by overhanging sideways from the roof forming portion 21. Further, a wall surface material is provided on that side face of time root forming portion 21 which faces the roof floor, and a handrail 35 is provided at the outer edge of the roof floor facing the contour of the building. A roof-terrace-equipped roof unit 13 and/or a roof- balcony-equipped roof unit 14 thus constructed are produced in a factory and mounted on the top of the living space construction 16 at a site, thus forming a roof terrace 41 and/or a roof balcony 42.</p> |
