PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a container which can extend the service life of the close sealing performance. SOLUTION: A container consists of a lid 12 and a fuel tank 10, and a seal member is provided in the clearance between the outer edge part 12a of the lid 12 and the fuel tank 10. To the seal member 14, an outer side compression part 14a and an inner side compression part 14b at the inner side from the outer side compression part 14a, which are compressed respectively in the above clearance, are provided. And at the initial setting time, the compressed amounts of the outer side compression part 14a and the inner side compression part 14b are set to be different each other, and furthermore, a spring 18 to energize the lid 12 constantly in the direction to compress the seal member 14 is provided. |
