AIR CONDITIONING METHOD AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy efficiencies when a room having a perimeter zone is air-conditioned by an underfloor air-conditioning method. SOLUTION: In the air conditioning method, air-conditioning air from a fan coil unit 1 is supplied into an underfloor chamber 8 of a room R. Feed air SA1 is blown off from a floor surface blowoff port 11 into an interior zone I. A fan 24 draws the air-conditioning air from the chamber 8 to blow it off, as feed air SA2, against a window 21 of a perimeter zone P. The flow rate of air of the fan 24 is controlled based on the temperature of the interior zone I to balance the amount of the feed air SA1 against that of the feed air SA2.
