PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To claim telephone charges appropriately in accordance with use, and to claim the unitized charge demand to a user or the like as telephone charges with one IC telephone card by utilizing a telephone line. SOLUTION: In this system using an IC telephone card and an IC public telephone network, telephone charges are claimed appropriately to the users of respective telephones with one IC telephone card of credit system, and an automatic vending machine is on-lined through the IC telephone card to the network system or charge collection, so that respective charges are unitized and claimed as telephone charges. Further, the terminal of public internet is incorporated into the system, thereby using the IC card for the ATM of bank as cash card.
