PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, small-sized film feeder by unnecessitating to separately install a one-way clutch mechanism and a planetary mechanism. SOLUTION: The feeder is provided with a solar member 4, a 1st planetary member 5 and a 2nd planetary member 7, the solar member 4 is rotary-driven by a motor, the 1st planetary member 5 is rotated when the driving force is transmitted from the solar member to the member 5, and the member 5 is moved with revolution and positioned so as to transmit the driving force to a spool driving mechanism 6 when the solar member is rotary-driven in one direction, on the other hand, when the solar member is rotary-driven in the other direction, the member 5 is moved with revolution and positioned so as to transmit the driving force to fork driving mechanisms 8 to 14, the 2nd planetary member 7 is rotated when the driving force is transmitted from the solar member to the member 7, and also, the member 7 is moved with revolution and positioned so as to transmit the driving force to the fork driving mechanisms when the solar member is rotary-driven in one direction, on the other hand, when the solar member is rotary-driven in the other direction, the member 7 is moved with revolution and positioned so as to be set free, and the 1st planetary member and the 2nd planetary member independently revolve around the solar member.
