PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize lightness, improved chemical resistance, reduced number of assembly part items, and smooth flow of fluid. SOLUTION: A metal-made pipe 5 which is a flow passage has an angle at both the end opened parts, and is formed so as to bend the direction changing part of an intermediate part. A synthetic-resin-made elbow main body 6 is integrally formed so as to cover the pipe 5, and has a connecting tubular part 11 integrally in the outer peripheral part of a tube fitting part in the pipe 5. A tube 2 is fitted to a tube fitting part, and also is inserted and connected into the tubular part 11 in a falling preventive and sealed condition by a connecting means. For instance, a tube fastening part 14 provided integrally with the tubular part 11 presses the tube 2 by threadedly engaging a bag-like nut 4 inserted by the tube 2 with a male screw 17 formed on the outer surface of the tubular part 11.
