PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach and detach a cup drip ring to and from a fitting base by locking and unlocking a stopper piece without using any tool such as a screwdriver. SOLUTION: A stepped screw 4 is implanted in the top surface of the cup drip ring 1, the head of the stepped screw 4 is suspended so that it can be drawn out forward by being hooked to an engagement groove 2b formed in a fitting base plate 2, and the cup drip ring is held at a fixed position by being pressed by the stopper piece 3 built in the front part of the fitting base plate 2. In this case, one end of the stopper piece 3 is journaled on the fitting base 2 with a stepped screw 5 and the other end is fixed to the fitting base plate 2 through a hook type lock mechanism 8 so that it can be disengaged; and a manual operation type lock claw 8a is provided as the lock mechanism atop of the stopper piece and this claw 8a is provided on the side of the fitting base plate 2 and hooked in a square hole 2c of a receiving seat 2c to latch both.
