PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality and to easily treat paper jamming or the like in an image recording part by suppressing the vibrations of a device main body due to the drive of an image reading means in an image reading part. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a copy machine body 11 device main body, an image reading part A equipment with an original placing stand 21 provided on this main body 11 for placing an original and an image reading means 23 for reading images described on the original, and an image recording part B equipped with a cassette 42 positioned above the image reading part and provided on the main body 11 for storing recording papers and an image recording means 41 for recording images by feeding and conveying the recording papers. In the main body 11, an upper surface part for housing the image recording means 41 of the image recording part is opened and a cover 16 is provided for opening/closing the upper surface opening part.
