摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer power between one rotation shaft and the other rotation shaft and to control the action with an electromagnetic operation, by forming one of intermediate shaft with a large diameter and the other with a small diameter, and constructing a friction engaging container of an inner electromagnetic clutch unit or an outer electromagnetic clutch unit with a radial side surface. SOLUTION: When a coil 401 a current is carried in an armature 207 is attached to a rotor 302, and outer clutch unit is engaged, and an intermediate shaft 201 is engaged with an outer shaft 301. When a coil 403 a current is carried in, an armature 107 is attracted to a diametrically directional side surface 210, an inner clutch unit is engaged, and an intermediate shaft 201 is engaged with an inner shaft 101. When a current is carried both in the coil 401 and in the coil 403, the inner clutch unit and the outer clutch unit are both in the engaged states, and thus the inner shaft 101, the intermediate shaft 201, and the outer shaft 301 are all integrally rotated. The current-carrying control of the coils 401, 403 enables speedy changeover of engagement states between the intermediate shaft 201 and the inner shaft 101, and between the intermediate shaft 201 and the outer shaft 301.
