The fixed disk (32) is fixed to caliper (3) of the ball ramp mechanism (27). The movable disk (33) is spline coupled with rotor (15) of electric motor (12). The rotation of rotor is transferred into linear motion by ball ramp mechanism (27) and piston (28) is made to move and press friction pads (6,7) to disk rotor (2). The fixed, movable disks and ball of ramp mechanism are integrated into a case.
