PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make monaural voice input signals pseudo-stereoscopic and to enable the direction of effect sounds having a presence feel by providing a voice reproduction device with an amplification factor balance control section which outputs prescribed amplification factors to respective sound volume control terminals of plural power amplifiers in response with control input signals from outside. SOLUTION: The monaural effect sound inputs of an input terminal A are sent to the power amplifiers 351 and 352 and are respectively subjected to amplification processing, following which these inputs are outputted to a speaker 161 for the right and a speaker 160 for the left. The respective power amplifiers 351 and 352 are provided with the sound volume control terminals G1 and G2. The amplification factors of the respective power amplifiers 351 and 352 are controlled according to the inputs of the sound volume control signals from the amplification factor balance control section 356 to which the sound volume control inputs of the input terminal B to these sound volume control terminals G1 and G2 are given, by which the adjustment of the sound volume of the speakers is made possible. For example, a player reproduces the pseudo-stereoscopic sound production by moving the effect sounds to which the player listens to the center, right and left of the game table, thereby having the stereoscopic presence feel directed.
