PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ease-of-use liquid-discharging plug which can prevent a content from being oxidized or dried, and an aromatic component from evaporating after an unplugging. SOLUTION: In a discharging plug body 1, on the peripheral edge of a top wall 2, a peripheral wall 6, on which a threaded section 5 being screwed with a threaded section 4 on the outside of a bottle mouth section 3 is formed, is suspended, and on the side section of the top wall 2, a discharging port 8 communicating with the internal space 13 of a bottle body 7 is formed. Then, in such a discharging plug body 1, a spherical body 9, and a spherical body receiving section 12, wherein on the bottom section of a valve chamber 10 which freely movably supports the spherical body 9, a circular valve seat 11, which is closed by the spherical body 9, is formed, are provided. Then, by placing the bottle body 7 in a vertical posture, the communicating path between the discharging port 8 and the internal space 13 of the bottle body 7 is closed, and by tilting the bottle body 7 to a liquid discharging posture, the communicating path is opened for the constitution.
