PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam generator for tea production improving taste of tea and being less in maintenance. SOLUTION: The boiler 1 with built-in activated water production device is constituted to enable attaching and detaching a container housing porous structural sintered crystal bodies 5c such as coal and ceramics, from the outside of a boiler. The activated steam generator 9 is constituted to have a space to enter plural containers 10 housing the porous structural sintered crystal bodies 10a-10c such as coal and ceramics for taking in steam generating from the boiler and activating the steam and to allow the steam to pass through the space, and is constituted to change a mixture ratio of the steam generated from the activated steam generator 9 and the steam generated from the boiler.
