PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a PET sheet having an antibacterial agent present only on the surface thereof, good in transparency and not losing the antibacterial agent even at a time of heating/molding to provide a thin-walled container or to obtain a laminate consisting of the PET sheet and a polypropylene sheet generating no delamination even at a time of heating/molding to provide a heatresistant thin-walled container increased in deformation temp. SOLUTION: A PET film 7 having an antibacterial agent kneaded therewith is passed through the nip between cooling rollers 4, 5 along with molten PET extruded in a sheet form from a die 3 to be molded to produce an antibacterial laminated sheet. Or, molten PET compounded with an antibacterial agent and molten PET compounded with no antibacterial agent are extruded in a sheet form from two dies arranged in close vicinity to each other and passed through the nip between a pair of the cooling rollers while superposed one upon another to be molded to produce the antibacterial laminated sheet. The antibacterial laminated sheet consisting of the PET layer compounded with the antibacterial agent and the PET layer compounded with no antibacterial agent is heated to softening temp. and subjected to vacuum molding or blow molding to produce a thin-walled container.
