PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating panel having heat insulating performance while maintaining the strength of the panel, reduced in thickness and using a recycled material. SOLUTION: This panel is composed of a PET steel plate 12, a galvanized steel plate 13, and a waste magnetic tape panel with heat insulating performance, provided between the PET steel plate 12 and the galvanized steel plate 13. The PET steel plate 12 and the galvanized steel plate 13 are bonded to the waste magnetic tape panel 14 through the respective adhesive layers 15, 16 to form sandwich structure. Strength can thereby be sufficiently maintained with the waste magnetic tape panel 14 as a core material, so that the PET steel plate 12 and the galvanized steel plate 13 can be thin-walled. In addition, a magnetic tape waste material disposed of as waste can be effectively used as a heat insulating material. |
