A washing machine is provided to prevent mold from being formed at a flange shaft of an inside thereof and the mold from being stuck to clothes in a washing process. A washing machine comprises a rotating tub(130), a motor(140), and a flange shaft(152). The motor is positioned in the back of the rotating tub. The flange shaft is connected to the rotating tub to rotate the rotating tub by the motor. The flange shaft is coated by a disinfectant film(156) to prevent mold from being formed. The disinfectant film is a zinc-coated film. The motor rotates the rotating tub at right and left directions. The flange shaft is included in a shaft system(150) with a rotating shaft(154) to deliver rotary power of the motor to the rotating tub. |
