SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling of vertical holes and formation of horizontal and vertical weakened surfaces by hydraulic fracturing method. First, weakened horizontal surface is formed in the form of fractures of hydraulic fracturing of cover by injection of liquid from vertical holes. As breakage face advances and rock strata hang over, vertical surface is weakened with vertical fractures by repeated injection of liquid.
