PURPOSE: A display apparatus is provided to eliminate cross talk between pixels by forming the rectifying structure in electrode connecting parts of pixels, and to distribute brightness on the screen evenly by reducing resistance of a connecting line. CONSTITUTION: A display device is composed of a glass substrate(30); plural lower power electrodes(31) arranged in the glass substrate in parallel; lower luminescent electrodes(32) placed between lower power electrodes corresponding to each pixel; lower non-ohmic elements(33) conducting the lower power electrodes and the lower luminescent electrodes unidirectionally; a luminescent layer formed on the lower luminescent electrode; upper luminescent electrodes(35) facing to the lower luminescent electrodes; plural upper power electrodes(36) insulated electrically from the upper luminescent electrodes, and arranged in parallel; and upper non-ohmic elements connecting the upper luminescent electrodes and upper power electrodes for conducting. Cross talk between pixels is prevented with forming the rectifying structure in the electrode connection parts.
