摘要 A method for differentiating a brain cell of rat under cerebral infarction is provided to reduce depression of brain in the cerebral infarction area and perform neurotransmission function by the differentiated brain cell by introducing a human embryonic stem cell-derived neuronal precursor cell into the rat. A method for differentiating brain cell of a rat under cerebral infarction comprises the steps of: preparing human embryonic stem cell; differentiating the human embryonic stem cell into the neuronal precursor cell by culturing the human embryonic stem cell on STO cell(sustantacular cell) with a first culture medium, culturing the first cultured human embryonic stem cell on non-herent bacteriological culture dish with a second culture medium to form an embryoid body, culturing the embryoid body on a gelatin coated dish with a third culture medium to induce the neuronal precursor cell, and culturing the neuronal precursor cell on a herent gelatin coated dish with a fourth culture medium to maintain the neuronal precursor cell; recovering the differentiated neuronal precursor cell; and injecting the recovered differentiated neuronal precursor cell into the cerebral infarction area of rat to differentiate the neuronal precursor cell into neuronal cell. Further, the second culture medium is a culture medium comprising an RA(retinoic acid) and the third culture medium is an N2 culture medium comprising a bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor).
