PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing Innotus obliqua and fruit bodies of the strain in a high yield. The Innotus obliqua is cultured artificially and forms fruit bodies fast. And its mycelium grows fast. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Innotus obliqua KNAC 3002(KFCC-11190) comprises the following steps of: soaking spores or tissues of Innotus obliqua in sterilized water, in an incubation room of 27-32 deg.C for 24 hours; putting absorbent cotton into a container and dry heat sterilizing at 140-160 deg.C for 8-10 hours; soaking the container in sterilized water, in an incubation room of 27-32 deg.C for 24 hours; putting the spores or tissues into the container and stationary culturing at 25-30 deg.C.
