PURPOSE: A fixing apparatus using a magnet and a force dispersion device is provided to firmly fix a heavy object at any surface formed with magnetic substance without additional adhesive or screws. CONSTITUTION: A fixing apparatus includes a magnetic circuit constitute material(8) which is a ferromagnetic substance; one or more permanent magnets(1) attached to the magnetic circuit constitute material; tongs dispersing force and fixing an object; a material(2) having a large coefficient of friction such as an absorbing tool using rubber or air pressure and coupled with an absorbing surface of the tongs, so that slide of the object is prevented by using the part of load in increasing the frictional force.
