PURPOSE: A device for automatically opening and shutting curtains and windows with a remote controller is provided to automatically opening curtains and windows by a smoke detector when a fire occurs. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically opening and shutting curtains and windows with the remote controller includes a control box mounted on an upper end of a window frame, a balancing gear(19) and a motor shaft gear(20) mounted on the upper end of the window frame for opening and shutting the window, small motors(5,6) mounted inside of a curtain bar, conveying rods(3,7) for conveying curtain rings, a spiral shaft(8) for moving the conveying rods, and stopping sensors(12,13,14,15,18,22) for automatically operating and stopping the curtains. The opening and shutting of the window and the curtain by a manual operation and a period of time, by a smoke detector and by a gas detector are memorized to automatically operate at need.
