DEVICE FOR DISCHARGING GREASE

PURPOSE: A grease discharging device is provided to inject a needed grease amount to a relevant lubrication unit by automatically discharging. CONSTITUTION: A discharging device comprises a main body(20) installing an entrance(22), a suction hole(24), and a vent hole(26) of grease; a chamber(30) having an oil room interlocking with a pressure oil entrance(22); a sleeve(32) selectively interlocking with the suction hole and having a receiving room(36) containing grease; a piston assemblage(38) doing a reciprocation movement to compress/decompress the receiving room; a holder(48) supported by the chamber(30) to resiliently support the piston assemblage; an exterior stopper(64) forming a compression room(61) in the receiving room, interlocking with the compression room, and having a discharging room(62); an interior stopper(66) controlling the interlock between the grease discharging hole(26) and the discharging room(62). The grease compression room is sealed and an uneven shape space is formed. If the volume of the grease in the uneven space is larger than the discharging room, the discharging room is filled with the grease before a compression face(44a) of a head(44) is contacted to the outside stopper. Thus, the grease filling the space of the compression room is compressed to a specific pressure opening a ball contact face(69).
