<p>A message processing system is disclosed in which processing content is input via a user interface (UI). A message processing part (10) obtains service definition information from a service definition storing part (40) storing message-finite state machine linkage information for assigning the finite state machine (100) corresponding to the message and a parameter (43) for controlling the operation of the finite state machine (100), and obtains finite state machine definition information from a finite state machine definition storing part (50) that defines each finite state of the finite state machine, the cooperation relationship, and the transition condition, so as to construct the finite state machine.
