PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer picture of SOAP process, by inversely sticking the cured picture thin film formed by spin-coating polymer solution at specified rotational speed on a stamper surface of a second picture which is stuck on a base plate and curing the same onto a first picture layer and, thereafter, separating the same from the stamper surface. SOLUTION: For example, the stamper 12 which includes the second picture layer of 0.3-0.5 mm thickness is stuck on the base plate 10 and protects from the damages due to handling thereafter. UV curable liquid is applied on the surface of the stamper 12, initially is dispersed at 200-400 rpm, subsequently is diffused at 3200-4500 rpm, and, thereby, the inverse picture thin film 14 of the second picture which has 1-15 μm thickness after curing is formed. The inverse picture thin film 14 of the second picture is made a second wafer A2. A semi-reflective layer 22 is sputtered on the first picture layer surface of polycarbonate substrate 20 which is formed by injection molding together with the first picture layer and is made a first wafer A1. The first and second wafers A1, A2 are faced each other and are stuck with an adhesive layer 24. |
