PURPOSE: A color liquid crystal panel for a liquid crystal display and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce a reflection ratio and prevent the reflection of LCD images due to interference of reflection light reflected against an ITO film and SiO2 film and the light absorption of the SiO2 film surface. CONSTITUTION: A color liquid crystal panel for a liquid crystal display includes black matrixes(3,3-1) formed on a top substrate in a dual film structure, first to third color filter layers(4) formed between the black matrixes in sequence, a protection film(5) formed on the black matrixes and color filter patterns, a common electrode(6) formed on the protection layer, an ITO film(12) formed outside the top substrate, and a SiO2 film(13) formed on the ITO film, wherein the black matrixes are formed in a structure of a chromium oxide film/chromium film or a black oxide film/chromium film by photo-etching.
